How do I know if it is authentic lapis lazuli and not fake?
Look at the light: if you see golden pyrite sparkles (they shine differently from glitter) and the blue is not uniform but has veins and shades, it is real. It is opaque and cool to the touch.
What is the difference between the vermeil clasp and the sterling silver 925 clasp?
Both are sterling silver 925 with engraved and visible S925 hallmark. The difference is purely aesthetic: vermeil has an 18K gold plating that gives it the gold tone; sterling silver 925 keeps its natural silver finish. Both are authentic fine jewellery, not costume jewellery.
How do I clean and recharge it?
Energetic cleansing: white sage or palo santo smoke. Important: never use salt, as it damages both the porosity of the stone and the gold plating.
Recharge: one night on a quartz or amethyst druse, or under the light of the full moon.
